HGTV to Premiere Season 12 of LOVE IT OR LIST IT, 9/21

HGTV's top-rated series LOVE IT OR LIST IT returns for season 12 premiering Monday, Sept. 21, at 9p.m. ET/PT.
The series features real estate expert David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr as they compete to earn homeowners' final decision to either love their existing home with beautiful renovations by Hilary, or, list it and purchase a new home David has shown them. In the premiere episode, Mason and Shannon currently live in a 2,000 square foot house suited for themselves and their son Luke. With the recent adoption of their daughter Carmen, Mason feels it is time to find a larger home to suit their needs whereas Shannon loves the stability of their current space. With a beautiful and spacious new home, the homeowners must decide whether the new renovations help them fall back in love with their home or motivates them to move.Photo courtesy of HGTV
