Hot off his history-making fifth win for the CMA Entertainer of the Year Award, Garth Brooks will be a key adviser for the Top 12 artists on the Monday, Nov. 14 8 p.m. telecast of NBC's three-time Emmy Award-winning series "The Voice."

Brooks is the first artist in history to win the prestigious Entertainer of the Year Award five times. In addition, he is the first to receive seven Diamond Awards for the now seven albums certified by the RIAA at more than 10 million album sales each, and remains the #1-selling solo artist in U.S. history certified by the RIAA with over 138 million album sales.

One of the giants of the music industry, Brooks has received every accolade the recording industry can bestow on an artist. Brooks has been inducted into the International Songwriters Hall of Fame in New York, the NASHVILLE Songwriters Hall of Fame, Country Music Hall of Fame and, most recently, the Musicians Hall of Fame.

Brooks is currently on the three-year Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood. The tour began with 11 sold out shows at the Allstate Arena in Chicago and is smashing records previously held by such acts as the Beatles, Rolling Stones and even Brooks himself. In two years the tour is approaching 5 million tickets sold, making it the biggest tour in the world.

This holiday season, Brooks will have several music collections available, including "The Ultimate Collection," a 10-album boxed set sold exclusively at Target, and "Christmas Together," his first-ever duet album with Trisha Yearwood, both out on Nov. 11. He will also release his highly anticipated studio album "Gunslinger" on Nov. 25. All are from Pearl Records, Inc.

Recently, Brooks launched "Inside Studio G," a weekly Facebook Live series that will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of his next album. It airs every Monday on his Facebook page at 7 p.m. ET.

So far this fall, "The Voice" has averaged a 3.4 rating in adults 18-49 and 12.9 million viewers overall in "most current" results from Nielsen Media Research. It continues to rank as television's #1 alternative series in adults 18-49, a status the show has maintained over the past four seasons. With both its editions ranking in the top 10 among entertainment telecasts on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and total viewers this season, "The Voice" remains a key contributor to NBC's consistent nightlong wins among those nets on both Monday and Tuesday nights.

"The Voice" is a presentation of MGM Television, Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Television. The series was created by John de Mol, who serves as executive producer along with Mark Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Jay Bienstock, Lee Metzger and Chad Hines.
