Gal Gadot, Elodie Yung and Olga Kurylenko in Running for 'Wonder Woman' in MAN OF STEEL Sequel?

Variety reports that Gal Gadot (Fast and Furious), Elodie Yung (G.I. Joe: Retaliation) and Olga Kurylenko (Oblivion) are set to test for the role of Diana Prince - Wonder Woman - in Zack Snyder's upcoming MAN OF STEEL sequel.

There is no official word that the test is for Wonder Woman, but the casting description reads: "tall, brunette, athletic and exotic". A fourth actress could also be added to the list of contenders, according to reports.

The untitled project will bring Batman and Superman together for the first time on the big screen, along with some of the other Justice League heroes, including Wonder Woman and possibly The Flash.

Ben Affleck will star as Batman opposite Henry Cavill, who will reprise the role of Superman/Clark Kent. The film will also reunite MAN OF STEEL stars Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane. The upcoming Batman film will hit theaters on July 17, 2015.

Gadot's big screen credits include Fast & Furious 6, Fast Five, Knight and Day, Date Night and Fast & Furious, as well as the TV series Asfur.

Yung will next be seen in Narcopolis, Still and 10 Things I Hate About Life. She has appeared in G.I. Joe: Retaliation, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and more.

Kurylenko's upcoming films include Empires of the Deep, Vampire Academy, November Man, Momentum and The Water Diviner. Her past big screen credits include Oblivion, Seven Psychopaths, To the Wonder, There Be Dragons, Centurion, Quantum of Solace and more. She has also appeared on the TV series Magic City.
