The single-camera sitcom, ENLISTED, is reportedly based upon Biegel's own life, following three brothers who work together at a Florida Army base. Biegel will write and executive produce the project. Mike Royce will also serve as an executive producer.

Cougar Town was co-created by executive producer/writer/director Bill Lawrence (Scrubs, Spin City) and executive producer/writer Kevin Biegel (Scrubs). Courteney Cox and David Arquette also serve as executive producers. Cougar Town is produced by ABC Studios. Biegel served as executive producer on Cougar Town for seasons 1-3, prior to the show moving to TBS. At that point, he departed the series to work on developing additional television projects.

FOX Broadcasting Company (FOX) is a unit of News Corporation. FOX finished the 2011-2012 season at No. 1 in the key adult demographic for the eighth consecutive year - a feat that has never been achieved in broadcast history - and continued to dominate all network competition in the more targeted Adults 18-34 and Teen demographics. FOX airs 15 hours of primetime programming a week as well as late-night entertainment programming, major sports and Sunday morning news.
