England's Princess Kate Heading to DOWNTON ABBEY

PEOPLE reports that Princess Kate is heading to West London's Ealing Studios' to visit the set of DOWNTON ABBEY on Thursday, March 12th where she will tour the shows' servants' quarters. In addition, the 33-year-old royal, who is 8-months pregnant, will watch one take of a scene being shot and a second take of the same scene as the producers might watch it - via monitors in the "video village."

Palace officials have not revealed which lucky cast members will be involved in the scene, however Season 6 of the show, currently in production, will feature DOWNTON actors Maggie Smith (Violet, Dowager Countess of Grantham), Hugh Bonneville (Robert Crawley, Earl of Grantham) and Elizabeth McGovern (Cora, Countess of Grantham).

This acclaimed ensemble is joined by guest stars Harriet Walter (Atonement), reprising her role as Lady Shackleton, and Peter Egan (Death at a Funeral), who returns as Lord Flintshire, together with completely new characters played by Richard E. Grant (Girls), Anna Chancellor (The Hour), and Rade Sherbedgia (24).
