EMPIRE GIRLS Among Style Network's June Programming Highlights

Style network has announced its June 2012 programming highlights including series "EMPIRE GIRLS: Julissa & Adrienne", debuting Sunday, June 3 at 9pm ET/PT and returning hits "Tia & Tamera" and new series "Chicagolicious", premiering Monday, June 11 beginning at 8pm ET/PT and "Giuliana & Bill" Season Finale Airs Tuesday, June 5 at 8pm ET/PT.

NEW & RETURNING SERIES PREMIERES

"Empire Girls: Julissa & Adrienne" -- Sunday, June 3 at 9pm ET/PT
Style gets an intimate look into the glamorous lives of Julissa Bermudez ("106 & Park") and Adrienne Bailon ("The Cheetah Girls") -- two of America's sexiest up-and-coming Latina actresses -- in this new docu-series. Viewers will follow this savvy young duo as they hit the streets of New York to build their entertainment careers and attempt to find true love, all while maintaining their fabulous lifestyle and enviable social calendar. In the series premiere, Julissa struggles to lose her thick Dominican accent to appeal to more mainstream America. Meanwhile, Adrienne decides to take control of her life by removing all distractions of her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian.

"Tia & Tamera" -- Monday, June 11 at 8pm ET/PT
The hit docu-series returns to follow the identical twin sisters as they face the realities of motherhood and matrimony, and Tia and Tamera lean heavily on each other to lighten the difficult moments with comedic insight and advice and to share their worries and fears. In the second season premiere, Tia adjusts to life back in Los Angeles as a full-time mother while she struggles to get out of the self-imposed bubble of isolation she has found herself in since birthing Cree. After Tamera throws her a "welcome home" party, Tia realizes how important it is to get out and socialize with friends so she sets out to find a Mommy & Me class for her and Cree. Tamera is splitting her time between Napa and Los Angeles with her husband and takes offense when Tia expresses doubt that Tamera will be committed to her career. Her feelings are hurt even more when a new business idea with her sister is put on the backburner because Tia books a movie in Utah – and doesn't tell Tamera.

"Chicagolicious" -- Monday, June 11 at 9pm ET/PT
From the creator and executive producers of Style's hit series "Jerseylicious," "Chicagolicious" takes viewers to the Windy City to follow AJ Johnson who owns AJ's salon in Chicago, and whose clientele includes a who's who of actors and models, including Angela Bassett and Iman. AJ oversees a team of talented yet fiery hair and makeup artists who love to create drama, from the looks they give their clients to the manner in which they deal with each other. In the series premiere, AJ is ready to raise his profile and his salon's profile in the Chicago society scene. AJ's publicist, Julie, has just the event for AJ that will help get him and his staff noticed, especially by one of Chicago's society bloggers. For the gala, AJ's of Chicago will provide the hair and make-up for all the models who will surround the ballroom as living statues. However, the rivalry between Valincia and Katrell threatens to damage AJ's dreams of grandeur. Meanwhile, Niki is concerned that Howard's overly friendly attention to the clients is making some uncomfortable so she tries to tone down his flirting.

After almost missing Gayle's product launch party, Tracy and Olivia join forces to come up with an idea to impress upon Gayle that they are devoted to Gatsby-2-Go. Gayle reluctantly gives in to adding image consulting to the business, but she also wants Miguel and Krystle to be a larger part of the business. Meanwhile, Alexa is finally giving up the control and allowing Danny to plan the proposal. With the help of Jon and Briella, Danny surprises Alexa with an "Imagine" themed proposal in Central Park near Strawberry Fields – which is beyond anything Alexa could have imagined for this beautiful moment.

Anthony's new hire, Fashion, is a self-proclaimed "weave-ologist." Anthony decides to host a Weave Academy at the salon, but Tracy thinks she knows it all and clashes with Fashion over technique. Now that Gatsby-2-Go has added the image service, Christy wants to be a part of it, showing how creative she can be. Unfortunately, Christy's ideas are not in line with Olivia's vision or the client's. It's official – Alexa and Danny are engaged! Mrs. Giove wants to throw them an engagement party as does Jon so the two must find a way to combine their ideas to plan an amazing event.

When Tracy hears that Modern Salon is looking for salons to feature in their "Jersey Style" story, she thinks this is the perfect opportunity for her to be included in a trade magazine. To ensure she reaches her goal, she suggests the idea to both Anthony and Gayle, pitting her bosses against each other in their bid to be featured. Personally, Tracy's relationship with Corey goes to the next level – he is moving in with her. While Tracy couldn't be happier, she is having a difficult time adjusting to sharing her space full-time with someone.

Now that Modern Salon has selected Anthony Robert Salon to be the main featured salon in their upcoming story, Anthony turns into a tyrant to make sure everything is perfect for the photo shoot and interviews. However, his business partner, Cathy, has her own ideas of how to position the salon in the magazine which conflicts with Anthony's vision. No one is more surprised by how the story turns out than Gayle whose Gatsby Salon only gets a passing mention while it's all about Anthony and his salon.

The sisters head to New York City for some business and bonding time. While Tia meets with her book publisher regarding her first book about being pregnant, Tamera hopes to prove to magazine editors that she is not just the sweet teen from her "Sister Sister" days. Unfortunately, Tamera finds that proving herself to be a sophisticated and sultry woman will be harder than she thought. In the city that never sleeps, Tamera is ready to have some fun with her sister, but Tia must rally to prove that moms are still cool.

Tamera believes that she can make it work, living between Los Angeles and her new home in Napa. Her first test comes when she is supposed to be in LA for auditions but her husband's family business is part of a wine and chocolate event up north. Meanwhile, Tia frantically tries to accomplish everything on her "to do" list before she must pack up and move to Utah for five weeks to film her new TV movie. The worst of the chores is learning how to self-administer her allergy shots.

One of AJ's regular clients, Alderman Burnett, discusses his plan with AJ to include local businesses in his Green Business initiative and would like to include AJ's of Chicago as a business starting its "green" journey. AJ loves the idea but Niki is quick to point out that recycling champagne bottles doesn't make them a "green" business. So Niki sets out to make the salon more eco-friendly, including shortening shampoo time, using glassware instead of paper cups and changing all the light bulbs, but many in the salon are dismayed with the new changes. Now that Austin is ready to start dating, she is surprised that Howard's client, former Chicago Bears player Garrett Wolfe, wants to ask her out, and Katrell is done living with her ex-boyfriend so she asks AJ to help her find a new apartment.

Episode #103 Premieres Monday, June 25 at 9pm ET/PT
To give his salon national attention, AJ comes up with a great idea to create an advertisement to place in airline magazines, which will entice travelers to visit AJ's of Chicago on their next trip. Enlisting Julie to find the best photographer and location, AJ plans the look of the photo shoot with Niki and Q who quickly start disagreeing over the concept. Tensions mount when Valincia becomes upset with AJ for taking MaCray's suggestions over hers. Nervous about being photographed, Austin and MaCray decide to try a juice diet but Howard pushes them to meet with his trainer instead. Yet after one workout, they decide that cleansing is easier.
