E! Presents BEST MOMENTS: ON AIR WITH RYAN SEACREST Tonight

There is no bigger name today in radio than Ryan Seacrest and for over a decade on Clear Channel's KIIS-FM and hosting American Top 40, he has been connecting fans from across the globe closer to the biggest names pop culture has to offer.

In celebration of his 10 year milestone, E! looks back at some of Seacrest's biggest star interviews, most memorable moments that happened live on-air, and all the behind-the-scenes hilarity that goes into putting a five hour, daily radio show on the air. Special will look at a radio show more fun, more informative and more newsworthy than any other on the air when "Best Moments: On Air with Ryan Seacrest" premieres tonight, April 23 at 8:00pm ET/PT only on E!

Since taking over as host of KIIS-FM's morning radio show in Los Angeles in 2004, Seacrest, along with partner Ellen K and his entire on-air crew, has made the daily broadcast the number one celebrity destination in Los Angeles and the most-listened-to morning show in Southern California. On April 23, E! takes a trip down memory lane and revisits some of Seacrest's first interviews on the show, looking back when Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus and the Kardashians all stopped by to chat for the very first time. Seacrest has always been most comfortable behind a microphone and over the years he has gotten some of the biggest stars on the planet to candidly open up about their famous lives. From Lady Gaga discussing how the media pits her against other female artists like Katy Perry, to Justin Bieber explaining what it feels like to be publicly attacked every day, "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" has been a safe and welcome place for stars to speak freely and where fans can connect to their idols.

In addition, no other show on the air has successfully balanced the fun of a morning radio show, while still tackling some of the industry's biggest scandals.
