Dallas Cowboys Host Washington Redskins in Key NFC East Matchup on NBC's Thursday Night Football

Week 13 kicks off with Thursday Night Football on NBC this Thursday, Nov. 30, as Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys host NFC East rival Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins to stay in THE HUNT for an NFC Wild Card spot at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Coverage starts at 7:30 p.m. ET with Football Night in Dallas on NBC, the only network with two primetime NFL packages.

Thursday Night Football will also be televised by NFL Network and Universo, and streamed live on Amazon Prime Video, NBCSports.com, the NBC Sports app, NFL Mobile from Verizon, Watch NFL Network, the NFL app on Microsoft, and NFL Game Pass (International).

Both teams are 5-6 and need a victory to stay in the NFC Playoff race. Washington is coming off a 20-10 victory over the New York Giants on Thanksgiving night, as the Redskins' defense held the Giants to 170 total yards. Cousins, who ranks second in the NFL with 3,038 passing yards, threw two touchdown passes, including one to WR Jamison Crowder, who racked up a career-high 141 receiving yards.

Dallas aims to bounce back following a 28-6 Thanksgiving Day loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The Cowboys look to win their fourth consecutive matchup against the Redskins following a 33-19 victory at Washington in Week 8.

Calling Redskins-Cowboys are Mike Tirico (play-by-play) and 16-time Emmy Award-winner Cris Collinsworth, joined by sideline reporter Heather Cox.

NBC's THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL FEATURES SPECIAL THEME MUSIC, SHOW OPEN & GRAPHICS

Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum recording artist Pentatonix will perform the Thursday Night Football show open. The show open celebrates the start of the NFL weekend, with game highlights and player cameos.

The Thursday Night Football theme music was composed and produced by Grammy Award-nominated producer and songwriter Jimmy Greco, and features the string section from the orchestra of Tony Award-winning Broadway blockbuster Hamilton under the direction of violinist and Hamilton concertmaster Jonathan Dinklage. The new music - entitled "Can't Hold Us Down" - is a high energy, melodic piece combining a modern pop musical arrangement, mixed with a traditional anthemic feeling found in classic sports themes.

In addition, TNF on NBC will feature a special graphics package, defined by bright colors, highly energized motion design and vibrant neon trimmed logos.
