As recently announced, stage buff Richard Kind will play David's father Sam Myers, who has different expectations for his son; he wants him to become an accountant. But their relationship changes when Sam thinks he could be dying of a heart attack and reveals a series of secrets to David.

Roberts' other upcoming projects include Alt, Kill Your Friends, Good Kids and Just Jim. He recently appeared in Benny & Jolene, 22 Jump Street, Neighbors, Premature, The Double, Jane Eyre, Submarine, the TV series Skins, and more.
