Cam Gigandet to Lead CBS' Legal Drama Pilot RECKLESS
Cam Gigandet is officially set to lead CBS' upcoming legal drama pilot, RECKLESS, directed by TWILIGHT's Catherine Hardwicke.
The sultry project is set in South Carolina, where a litigator from the north and an attorney from the south (Gigandet) must hide their attraction while battling on either side of a police sex Scandal case.
MAD MEN's Michael Gladis has also joined the pilot, who will play the local Chief of Police.
Dana Stevens (SAFE HAVEN) is set to write the pilot and co-executive produce alongside Ian Sander and Kim Moses.
Gigandet recently starred in Hardwicke's latest film PLUSH, opposite Emily Browning. His other credits include EASY A with Emma Stone, BURLESQUE, and the recent made-for-TV movie SEAL TEAM SIX: THE RAID ON OSAMA BIN LADEN.
RECKLESS marks Hardwicke's pilot directorial debut. She has helmed such films as TWILIGHT, THIRTEEN, LORDS OF DOGTOWN, and the Cult classic TANK GIRL.
