CBS's BIG BANG THEORY Leads All Primetime Programs in Viewers & Key Demos

THE BIG BANG THEORY's March 14 broadcast was the week's #1 show in live plus 7-day lift among viewers and adults 18-49, according to Nielsen ratings for the week ending March 17, Week 25 of the television season.
THE BIG BANG THEORY led the week with a gain of +4.10 million viewers to 20.05m, from 15.95m live plus same day. The season's #1 comedy added +1.8 rating points in adults 18-49 to 6.6, from 4.8 live plus same day.Leonard and Sheldon are brilliant physicists - wizards in the laboratory, but socially inept outside of it. Enter beautiful, free-spirited neighbor, Penny, who aims to teach them a thing or two about life. While Leonard spends his days looking for love, Sheldon is quite content video-chatting with platonic partner Amy Farrah Fowler, or playing Star Trek 3D Chess with their ever-expanding universe of friends, including fellow scientists Koothrappali and Wolowitz, and Wolowitz' new wife, the adorable microbiologist Bernadette.
