CAFE SOCIETY Among New Titles Coming to Amazon This December

December brings two highly-anticipated Amazon Original Series and a critically-acclaimed Amazon Original Movie for Prime members to stream or download on Prime Video at no additional cost to their membership:

Mozart in the Jungle S3: Golden-Globe and Emmy Award-winning Amazon Original Series starring Lola Kirke and Gael García Bernal. The comedic drama is based on the critically- acclaimed memoir Mozart in the Jungle: Sex, Drugs & Classical Music by Blair Tindall and draws back the curtain on the world of music, where artistic dedication and creativity collide with mind games, politicking and survival instincts. In addition to HD and SD, MOZART IN THE JUNGLE S3 will also be available in 4K Ultra HD and HDR on compatible devices. (12/9/16)

The Man in the High Castle S2: Emmy Award-winning Amazon Original Series based on Philip K. Dick's Hugo Award-winning 1962 alternate history novel, which explores what would have happened if the Allied Powers had lost World War II. Season two resumes with Juliana Crain facing the consequences of her decision to betray THE RESISTANCE and allow Joe Blake, a suspected Nazi agent, to escape the Pacific States with a film originally bound for the Man in the High Castle. Lost in Oz: Amazon Original kids series, about 12-year-old Dorothy Gale, who discovers her mother's mysterious journal in her Kansas home and gets transported with her dog, Toto, into a bustling, modern Emerald City. Disoriented and determined to get home, Dorothy embarks on an epic journey with West, a young witch, and Ojo, a giant Munchkin, to seek the magic she needs - as Oz faces its greatest magic crisis. Café Society: Amazon Original Movie produced by Woody Allen starring Blake Lively and Kristen Stewart set in the 1930s, about a young Bronx native, played by Jesse Eisenberg, who moves to Hollywood, where he falls in love with the secretary of his powerful uncle, an agent to the stars. After returning to New York, he is swept up in the vibrant world of high society nightclub life. (12/22/16)

In addition to Amazon Originals, licensed TV series coming to Prime Video next month include season one of Syfy's hit drama series The Expanse. Additionally, comedies like Caddyshack and dramas like Blood Diamond join existing films on Prime Video. As a reminder, the 40th anniversary of Rocky is December 3rd and the full collection of films, including Creed, is currently available on Prime Video for your bingeing pleasure.

Amazon Video also welcomes a number of new titles available for purchase this month including films like, Dead Rising: Endgame starring Jesse Metcalfe and Keegan Tracy, and kid-friendly Pete's Dragon and Millionaire Dog. Amazon Video brings the latest in TV with new episodes airing the day after broadcast of Clarence season ten, The Secret Agent season one and 800 Words season one.

During the holiday season, Amazon Channels brings families unparalleled family-friendly selection through STARZ, UP Faith & Family, and over 80 channels to choose from. Additionally, subscribers to Showtime on Amazon Channels can watch the season 6 premiere of Homeland on December 30th, two weeks before it goes live on TV.

Lastly, 'tis the season to watch your favorite holiday films.
