Britney Spears visits In The Heights during her MTV 90-minute documentary "Britney: For the Record", Spears catches a performance of the Tony Winning musical, stops backstage to congratulate the cast and has a post show dinner with cast members Seth Stewart and Christopher Jackson. The pop-star gushes about the show and star Lin-Manuel Miranda during the segment.

MTV describes the special as “This ain't no tabloid expose. This is real life. In 'Britney: For the Record,' MTV follows Britney Spears, the world's most-gossiped-about megastar, through every step of her storied 2008 comeback. Go backstage at the VMAs, step up to the mic in the recording studio and get into the thoughts of Britney Spears as she plots and prepares for her return to the spotlight.”

Special is exec produced by Larry Rudolph, Adam Leber, Jon Kamen, Frank Scherma, Robert Friedman and Justin Wilkes. Heather Olander, VP of series development at MTV, and Steve Bilchik is director of music, talent and series development, oversaw the project for MTV.

The special debuted last night, Sunday, November 30 at 10 p.m. Repeat airings will be broadcast during various times today December 1st through the 3rd.

'Britney: For the Record' will be available for viewing online in its entirety on MTV.com beginning December 3 at 8pm ET.
