Brendan Fraser has officially signed on to lead the cast of HOWARD GORDON's (HOMELAND) upcoming drama pilot for TNT, LEGENDS. This will mark Fraser's cable television debut.

LEGENDS, originally set for NBC, centers around Martin Odum (Fraser,) an operative with the strange, yet remarkable ability, to transform him inself into a different person for each different job. However, his identity is questioned when a visitor believes Odum isn't who he believes himself to be. Jeffrey Nachmanoff (THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW), Jonthan Levin (CHARMED), Alexander Cary (HOMELAND,) and Gordon developed the project, initially inspired by the novel penned by Robert Littell.

Fraser recently appeared on Broadway in Elling. His theater credits also include the West End revival of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in 2001. He is primarily known for his career in film, including THE MUMMY and its sequels.
