Bode Miller Joins NBC Sports' FIS World Cup Skiing Coverage This Weekend

NBC Sports Group's FIS World Cup skiing coverage this weekend is highlighted by the men's alpine events in Val d'Isere, France, which will feature Bode Miller, the most decorated U.S. Olympic skier in history, as a color commentator on NBC and NBCSN's telecasts.
NBC Sports Group will present more than 40 hours of men's and women's FIS World Cup skiing coverage this weekend, including women's alpine skiing from Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada. Two-time Olympic gold medalist Ted Ligety is expected to compete this weekend in France, while Switzerland's Lara Gut, last season's World Cup overall champion, is expected to compete at Lake Louise. NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app - NBC Sports Group's live streaming platforms for desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and connected TVs - will provide live streaming coverage of this week's FIS World Cup events. Former World Cup ski racer Steve Porino will call the men's downhill action alongside Bode Miller this weekend. NBC Sports' coverage begins Friday at 1 p.m. ET on NBCSN with the super-G, followed by NBC's coverage of the downhill on Saturday at 5 p.m. ET. NBCSN will present coverage of the giant slalom Sunday at 5 p.m. ET.
