Blake Shelton Team Member Named Season 11 Champion of THE VOICE

Sundance Head was crowned champion of NBC's Emmy Award-winning musical competition series THE VOICE last night, earning the grand prize of a recording contract and being named as THE VOICE for season 11.

"The Voice" is averaging a 3.1 rating in adults 18-49 and 12.3 million viewers overall with its Monday and Tuesday editions in "most current" results from Nielsen Media Research, giving it increases versus the prior cycle (3.1 vs. 3.0 in 18-49, 12.329 million vs. 12.306 million in total viewers). "The Voice" ranks as TV's #1 alternative series in adults 18-49, a status the show has maintained over the past four seasons. With both its editions ranking in the top 10 among entertainment telecasts on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49, "The Voice" remains a key contributor to NBC's consistent nightlong wins among those networks on both Monday and Tuesday nights. "The Voice" is a presentation of MGM Television, Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Television.
