Last week's episode of RESURRECTION ended with Margaret Langston in the Old Langston Factory digging for something, which we eventually found out was a bunch of bones. Whose bones were they exactly? Well, we didn't find that out yet. Tonight's episode has gotten us closer to finding the identity of the skeletons.

During a baptismal service for the Returned led by Tom, who has recently created a parrish specifically for those who have come, a skull is discovered in the river. The skull leads to a full-fledged search of the river by the police, including Sheriff Langston who keeps having flashbacks (with a young Langston being played by Craven's son, Nick who is a spitting image of his father) of his wife's fatal accident. The coroner is going to take a few days to indentify the bones, so Langston orders that Maggie be called in, however, he's not going to make the call.

In Margaret's latest ploy to add stress for Henry and Lucille, she suggests that Jacob needs to go to school. Although Lucille says it's not the right time, Margaret exclaims that it's not fair that all the other kids his age are going to school and making friends. Jacob, siding with his grandmother, says he wants to go.

While fixing up his new church, Tom gets a visit from Bellamy and they discuss the recent situation with the bones. Tom jokes that it's not exactly the best omen happening after his first Returned baptism. Bellamy starts to leave but Tom can tell there's something else on his mind. Bellamy finally admits that he's a Returned and goes on to tell Tom about a dream he had earlier where there were two of him. Tom leads Bellamy to find out there are, in fact, two of him - one alive, one dead. Bellamy then sets out to find his own corpse. He puts a call into the "Gov't Bitch" - Donna Murphy's character's name on his phone, but she isn't of much help. Clearly the contact name fits. Bellamy then gets a call from Maggie who explains that the bones are from other Returned and furthermore they're from the 30s. Supposedly, Jacob wasn't the first one to come back. Bum bum buuuuum!!

Carl goes home to change his pants after wading in the river all day. There, we meet his "lovely" brother - alcoholic and verbally abusive Mikey. He continues to make fun of Carl and make him feel jealous. We find out that Carl used to be called ass-chin...poor Carl.

Maggie goes back to her office with the bones that Bellamy authorized/ordered her to take and finds Margaret there waiting for her for a follow up appointment. Margaret begins to press Maggie about her relationship with her father and explains that although he's intense, he just cares too much. Margaret also admits that she thinks Henry is right not to trust the Returned, saying, "we shouldn't be here. We haven't done anything to deserve second chances." Anyone else not trust Margaret or is it just me? Maggie tells Bellamy, and eventually her father, that she thinks the bones are from victims of a murder. After hearing this, Bellamy calls the Elegant Woman in order to make a deal to see his body based on the new information.

Henry and Lucille take Jacob back to his old school to discuss his potentially coming back to school. They explain to the principal is that their main worry is Jacob's safety to which the principal promises he will try his best, but there really are no guarauntees. Henry and Lucille meet Jacob's would-be teacher who mistakenly thinks Henry and Lucille are Jacob's grandparents. That's more awkward than calling your teacher Mom.

Still bent on finding his corpse, Bellamy holds a government agent at gunpoint and demands he take him to see the Elegant Woman. Side note: Donna Murphy looks badass in sunglasses. Bellamy insists on seeing his corpse which the Elegant Woman refuses to, unless Bellamy brings her worthwhile information on the Returned. She tells him that he'll never be able to keep it. I'm sorry, but who in their right mind would want to keep their own corpse?

Back at Carl's, he finishes making a steak dinner for his brother, but Mikey throws it on the floor saying he burnt it. He continues to berate Carl until it causes Carl to go get his gun and shoot his brother in the back a few times. Then, in a situation that seems to have come out of a Hitchcock movie, Carl continues to eat his steak at the table.

As Lucille heads up to bed, she sees Henry taking a look at old plans from the factory. He tells Lucille all about he and Jacob's routine in the morning before he died. He explains that he just quit everything after Jacob was gone and that maybe it's time he stop punishing himself. Lucille supports his decision to possibly build the factory back up again.

Speaking of factory, after finding a piece of cloth hanging on the side of the bridge, Sheriff Langston heads to the factory to take a look around. While there, he finds the mess Margaret made from digging up the floor boards. He als o finds a bone fragment while listening to a voicemail from Maggie. Margret's starting to look less sweet and more guilty.

Near the end of the episode, Bellamy finally gets to take a look at his corpse and Tom puts up a makeshift marker to show where Bellamy is buried. As we hear Tom recite 2nd Corinthians Chapter 4: Verse 16, the government raids Maggie's basement and takes the bones while Carl burries his brother, only to find that he's returned once again.

What involvement does Margaret have with the bones? Whose bones are they? How is Jacob going to do in school? Tweet me and let me know what you think! Keep watching RESURRECTION on ABC to get some answers!
