Do you believe in fate? What about destiny? Are some things just "meant to be?" Well that is exactly what NBC's new romantic comedy A TO Z is all about figuring out.

Zelda, played with ease and charm by Cristin Mioliti (HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, Broadway's ONCE), was raised by hippies and has now grown up to be a successful lawyer who really isn't that into dating.

A friend, however, unbeknownst to Zelda, has signed her up for the fictional dating site "Wallflower." When a glitch in the website sets up Zelda with another woman, she attempts to get her money back from what is obviously a joke of a dating site. At a meeting with the site, Zelda bumps into Andrew, a "Wallflower" employ. Andrew is played by THE GRADUATE on Broadway and MAD MEN star Ben Feldman.

Being the hopeless romantic that he is, Andrew is convinced that he's seen her before, and it's fate that they've been reacquainted. Zelda on the other hand isn't so sure.

Do they know each other? Are they going to end up with a classic happily ever after? You'll have to tune in and find out as the series is set to chronicle their relationship from A TO Z. I'm interested to see how this works out for NBC.

The network has struggled with making Thursday nights a hit and now, with a show that has a clear ending in sight it'll be interesting to see it progress. Though Milioti played an important, yet "late to the party" sort of role on HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, this character actually can make her a star. I will say, one thing that does have me hooked is the unexpeted yet glowing chesmitry of its two leads.

The new romantic sitcom, which is narrated by Katy Segal and directed by Michael Patrick Jann will air Thursday nights on NBC at 9:30pm. I'll be recapping the show all season, so hang out with me as we see if these to fall in love.
