Looks like Mel B. will be able to tell America what she "really really wants!" According to CNN, the Spice Girls singer will be joining Howard Stern and Howie Mandel on the judge's panel for the next season of NBC's AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, filling the seat vacated by long-time judge Sharon Osbourne.

Osbourne announced at the end of AGT's last season that she would not be returning. The Talk show host had a falling out with NBC over allegations that the network had discriminated against her son, Jack over medical issues.

Formerly known as 'Scary Spice' , Mel B is no stranger to reality TV. She was a contestant on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" and served as a judge on the Australian version of "The X Factor". In addition, she sat on the judge's panel of the UK's "X Factor" and "Britain's Next Top Model."

Commented NBC president of alternative and late night programming Paul Telegdy, "I've known Melanie since she did 'Dancing with the Stars,' and I've known her as a performer in The Spice Girls before that."

He continued, "To know her is to know a very frank, strong, enduring entertainer. Someone who has a very strong point of view. We needed somebody who was qualified for the job. She's an amazing singer, dancer and a huge personality. The contestants will get a lot of constructive feedback from her and I can't wait to see her chemistry with Howard and Howie."
