According to reports from US Weekly, actress Anna Paquin married her "True Blood" co-star Stephen Moyer Saturday night at a private residence in Malibu. The couple met while filming the series and announced that they were engaged last August.

Paquin, 28 and Moyer, 40, exchanged vows under a tent across from the beach. Guests included Elijah Wood, "True Blood" costar Carrie Preston, and her husband Michael Emerson ("Lost").

Paquin won a Theatre World for THE GLORY OF LIVING and a Drama desk Award for THE DISTANCE FROM HER. Other stage credits include ROULETTE and AFTER ASHLEY.

On screen, Paquin won an Oscar for "The Piano." Other credits include "Amistad," "The Member of the Wedding," "X-Mean," and "The Squid and the Whale." Her latest project, "The Romantics," will be released next month and also stars Katie Holmes.

On the HBO series "True Blood," Paquin plays mortal Sookie Stackhouse while Moyer plays the vampire Bill Compton.
