Angelina Jolie Joins Taylor Sheridan's THOSE WHO WISH ME DEAD

Deadline reports that Angelina Jolie will star in Taylor Sheridan-written-and-directed "Those Who Wish Me Dead."

Sheridan made his directorial debut with Wind River. He's written movies like "Hell or High Water", "Sicario" and its sequel "Sicario: Day of the Soldado." The script is adapted from the Michael Koryta bestselling novel.

Sheridan's script is described as a hard-boiled chase thriller set against a wildfire in the Montana wilderness and uses the novel as a jumping-off point.

The film will be produced by Garrett Basch and Steve Zaillian and BRON Studios' Aaron L. Gilbert. Creative Wealth Media's Jason Cloth (Tully, Fences, A Simple Favor) is executive producer.

The film will shoot in May, after Sheridan completes the second season of his Kevin Costner-starrer series "Yellowstone."

Jolie most recently wrapped "Maleficent 2."
