Al Roker & Kathie Lee Gifford to Host Special Oscars Edition of TODAY, 3/3

NBC's TODAY is heading to Hollywood to cover the film industry's most glamorous night. Al Roker and Kathie Lee Gifford will co-host a special split-edition of TODAY live from Los Angeles, Monday, March 3, the morning after the Oscars. TODAY's Oscar After Party will highlight the night's biggest moments and best fashion. Roker and Gifford, who will cover the famed red carpet, will share their interviews with Hollywood's brightest stars.

Joining Roker and Gifford on Monday will be two proven fashion experts, Olympic commentators Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski, who will be reporting from the red carpet for Access Hollywood. They will offer their unique perspective on the night's fashion and determine who they thought were the red carpet winners and losers. Billy Bush will also join The After party and discuss his behind-the-scenes Oscar coverage of the ceremony and celebrations.

Leading up to TODAY's Oscar After Party, Erica Hill will co-host the Sunday edition of TODAY live from the red carpet as the preparations for the big night take place. Additionally, Joe Fryer will appear on Friday's TODAY show, also from the red carpet, to preview the awards.

TODAY.com will be backstage at the Oscars bringing behind-the-scenes glimpses of the winners' reactions and will host the definitive red carpet vote, "Who wore it best?"
