ABC's THE VIEW averaged 2.870 million Total Viewers, 523,000 Women 25-54 and 406,000 Women 18-49 during the week of October 24, 2016, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. For the 3rd week in a row, "The View" outdelivered CBS' "The Talk" (2.705 million, 470,000 and 332,000, respectively) in Total Viewers (+165,000), Women 25-54 (+53,000) and Women 18-49 (+74,000), posting season-best margins over the CBS program in both key Women demos.
For the 3rd consecutive week, "The View" improved on the same week last year (2.599 million, 513,000 and 373,000, respectively, on w/o 10/26/15) in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+10%), Women 25-54 (+2%) and Women 18-49 (+9%). Season to date, "The View" is posting gains across the board compared to the same point last season: Total Viewers (+15% - 2.867 million vs. 2.488 million), Women 25-54 (+3% - 527,000 vs. 512,000) and Women 18-49 (+4% - 399,000 vs. 383,000). In addition, "The View" leads CBS' "The Talk" in Total Viewers (+6% - 2.867 million vs. 2.716 million), Women 25-54 (+6% - 527,000 vs. 496,000) and Women 18-49 (13% - 399,000 vs. 354,000).
