ABC News' "Nightline" ranked No. 1 in all key Adult demos: Total Viewers (1.632 million), Adults 25-54 (767,000) and Adults 18-49 (649,000) for the 2nd week in a row during the week of June 8, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. "Nightline" has led in Total Viewers in 30 of the 38 weeks this season.
"Nightline" beat CBS' "The Late Late Show with James Corden" (+507,000, +384,000 and +352,000, respectively) by its largest margins ever in all three measures. In addition, "Nightline" outdelivered NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" by its largest-ever Adults 18-49 advantage (+116,000). For the 2nd week in a row, "Nightline" was up over the previous week (1.540 million, 682,000, and 593,000, respectively, on w/o 6/1/15) in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+6%), Adults 25-54 (+12%) and Adults 18-49 (+19%). "Nightline" saw its best Adults 25-54 performance in more than 5 months (since w/o 11/24/14), while hitting a season high in Adults 18-49. In fact, "Nightline" turned in its best Adults 18-49 number in 2 years (since w/o 6/17/13) and 2nd-best ever in its new time period. "Nightline" also built on the year-ago week (1.622 million, 721,000, and 644,000, respectively, on w/o 6/9/14) in all 3 measures: Total Viewers (+1%), Adults 25-54 (+6%) and Adults 18-49 (+1%). "Nightline" scored its top Adults 25-54 (1.184 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.084 million) telecast ever in its new time slot with its Thursday airing (6/11/15).Videos
