ABC's GREY'S ANATOMY Ranks as Thursday's #1 Drama

ABC Thursday Prime (8-11pm - 5.5 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49): Although starting out the night with a repeat Grey's from 8-9pm, ABC finished a strong second on Thursday in Adults 18-49 (1.4/5) to CBS, beating Fox's original line up by 56% (0.9/3) and NBC's mix of repeats and an original by 40% (1.0/3).

ABC's special 9pm GREY'S ANATOMY ranked as Thursday's #1 drama in Adults 18-49 (2.1/7), winning its hour and finishing as the night's #2 TV show overall (tie), behind only CBS' The Big Bang Theory. In addition, the ABC drama was Thursday's #1 TV show with Women 18-34. Grey's was up over its week-ago telecast at 8pm by 11% in Total Viewers (7.3 million vs. 6.6 million) and by 11% in Adults 18-49 (2.1/7 vs. 1.9/7).

Betsy Beers ("Scandal," "Private Practice," "Casanova"), Mark Gordon ("Saving Private Ryan"), Rob Corn ("Chicago Hope"), William Harper, Stacy McKee and Zoanne Clack are executive producers. "Grey's Anatomy" is an ABC Studios production.
"Grey's Anatomy" is broadcasted in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.
