ABC's DANCING WITH THE STARS Dominates Time Slot in Total Viewers

Dancing With the Stars (8-10pm - 11.7 million and 1.9/6 in AD18-49): For the 2nd week in a row from 8-10pm, ABC's Dancing with the Stars dominated Fox's dramas (Gotham/Minority Report) in the 2-hour time period in Total Viewers (+225% - 11.7 million vs. 3.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (+46% - 1.9/6 vs. 1.3/4). The ABC unscripted series gained audience in each half-hour, up by 1.4 million viewers and 24% in Adults 18-49 from start to finish.

DWTS was steady week to week and up from its year-ago Monday telecast in Adults 18-49 (1.7/5 on 9/29/14).

Castle (10-11pm - 7.8 million and 1.6/5 in AD18-49): At 10pm against NBC's The Voice-led The Blindspot, ABC's Castle took second in Adults 18-49 over CBS' NCIS: LA (+33% - 1.6/5 vs. 1.2/4). The ABC drama built on its week-ago season opener in Total Viewers (+15%) and Adults 18-49 (+33%).

New Season Live + 3 Day Ratings: Last Monday's season premiere Castle shot up +58% over its L+SD Adult 18-49 rating for its biggest-ever premiere lift, making it Monday's biggest percentage gainer in TV playback on the major networks.
