Violet Young Teams Up With Nashville Recording Artist Jadyn Rylee For New Music Video!

Jadyn Rylee, age 13, travelled to NYC to record the title track to The Promise: A Docuseries on Childhood Cancer and collaborated with Violet* Young on a cover of the song Symphony by Clean Bandit and Zara Larrson. Both videos were Produced by Risk It Productions, LLC, Directed by Kristi Gatto and Brendan Grant as The Director of Photography. The video was filmed in Contra Studios and recorded at Groove Garden.

Violet Young, age 14, was featured on NatGeo's Emmy Award Winning Series, Genius Picasso, opposite Antonio Banderas, as his daughter, Maya, which was filmed in Malta. The show premiered at The Tribeca Film Festival. Violet* played a cancer survivor in the film Tri with Tim Reid and co-starred in The Haunting of...Brett Cullen on Lifetime. She has done sketches on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert and on SNL with Andy Samberg.

Her most recent theater credits include the role of Spiker in James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl, featuring lyrics and music by Dear Evan Hansen's Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. Other favorite roles include, Debbie in Billy Elliot the Musical at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, the lead role of Annemarie in Off-Broadway's Number the Stars at The Davenport Theatre, Charlotte in 13 the Musical at The Actor's Temple and Sour Kangaroo in Seussical the Musical. Jadyn Rylee is an emerging singer from Toronto Canada. Jadyn's covers of popular songs, as well as her original songs have earned more than 45 million views on YouTube. She began singing when she was 6 years-old. Some of her most popular vocal covers are songs such as "Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica and "The Sound of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel.
