UNDEROATH Shares BREATHING IN A NEW MENTALITY Live Video From Warped Tour
Tim McTague reflects on the band's nostalgic return to the festival stage.
Underoath is preparing to take the stage at Vans Warped Tour in Mexico City with another live video from the festival's Long Beach date earlier this summer. The band has shared their main stage performance of 'Breathing In A New Mentality', from their album Lost In The Sound Of Separation (2008).
Tim McTague shares: 'Playing Warped Tour is nostalgic for all of us to say the least, but Underoath has never phoned anything in and when we thought about how to introduce ourselves to whatever the new warp tour crowd is, we thought breathing in a new mentality was a pretty good statement to kick the night off. It worked.'
Underoath will return to Vans Warped Tour later this month at the Mexico City date, following their performances in Washington, DC and Long Beach, CA earlier this summer. They also played some of their most intimate shows in decades around the Festival on the Van Tour To Vans Warped Tour, presented by Vans. For this commemorative run, Underoath recruited long-time friends August Burns Red, Atreyu, As Cities Burn, and Emery – bands who have been there since the beginning.
