Patty Griffin Announces New Headline Dates

GRAMMY® Award winning artist Patty Griffin has announced a new series of North American live dates celebrating her acclaimed new album. The newly announced headline shows begin June 4 at Lubbock, TX's Cactus Theatre and then travel through the month, with highlights including a three-night-stand at Park City, UT's Egyptian Theatre on June 19, 20, and 21. Tickets for all new dates go on sale this Friday, March 29 (check local listings). The renowned singer-songwriter's 10th studio recording and first-ever eponymous LP,PATTY GRIFFIN is available everywhere now on her own PGM Recordings label via Thirty Tigers.

Griffin kicked off the epic headline tour earlier this month with a series of showcase performances at Austin, TX's SXSW. The trek - much of which is already long sold out - resumes tonight at New Orleans, LA's Tipitina's Uptown and then visits historic venues across the country including New York City's Town Hall (April 6), and Nashville, TN's Ryman Auditorium (April 17). European dates follow, including headline shows and festival dates in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. In addition, Griffin will join Amos Lee as special guest for an upcoming show at Morrison, CO's famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre, set for September 6.
