The Grammy-winning Grand Ole Opry members bring their roots sound to Long Island's Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts
Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts will present Old Crow Medicine Show: Union Made Tour on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
Old Crow Medicine Show began performing together in 1998, busking along the East Coast and into Canada before gaining wider recognition after being invited by Doc Watson to perform at the MerleFest music festival in North Carolina. The band has since built a national following and has been inducted into the Grand Ole Opry.
Over the course of its career, Old Crow Medicine Show has received two Grammy Awards, including Best Folk Album for Remedy (2014) and Best Long Form Music Video for Big Easy Express (2013). Their song “Wagon Wheel” has been certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, while their debut album O.C.M.S. has achieved gold certification. The band’s most recent album, Jubilee, was released in August 2023.

The performance will take place at Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts, located at 71 East Main Street in Patchogue, New York. Tickets range from $57 to $261, including fees, and will go on sale to the public on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office, by phone at 631-207-1313, or online.
Box office hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with extended hours on performance evenings.
