Creedence Clearwater Revisited, the acclaimed rock group formed by two band members of the original Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Creedence Clearwater Revival, will play at the Gallo Center for the Arts on Thursday, November 17 at 7:00 PM. Started in 1995 by Stu Cook and Doug "Cosmo" Clifford, Creedence Clearwater Revival has performed throughout the world CCR's greatest hits, including "Suzy Q", "I Put a Spell on You", "Born on the Bayou", "I Heard it Through the Grapevine", and many more.

Tickets range from $30 to $80. A 15% discount is available for groups of 15 or more. For tickets and more information, visit www.galloarts.org or call (209) 338-2100.

When organizing Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Cook and Clifford initially planned to play only at private parties. They now play up to 100 shows a year along with lead singer/rhythm guitar player John Tristao, lead guitarist Tal Morris, and multi-instrumentalist Steve Gunner.

Having toured North America, South America, New Zealand, Europe and Asia, knocking out audiences with astounding concerts jam packed with songs that are still a staple of radio and movie soundtracks, Creedence Clearwater Revisited has come a long way. Due to public demand, the group released "Recollection," a double-live CD which features 22 hit songs that was certified as a gold record by the RIAA in 2002.

This performance is sponsored by The Thoughtful Flower. The Gallo Center for the Arts' 2011-12 Premier Partner is Boyett Petroleum.
