BoyzIIMen Added To Riptide Music Festival ImageThe Entercom Radio Miami produced Riptide Music Festival powered by Ford is excited to announce that Grammy Award-winning R&B group Boyz II Men have been added as a major headliner to the two-day event which will feature more than 20 bands within the alternative, pop, rock and adult contemporary music genres. Last year, over 25,000 people got caught up in the awesome beach party, and this year's festival will pull in even more music lovers. Riptide will take place on December 2nd and 3rd on Fort Lauderdale Beach, across from the Bahia Mar Resort. Riptide is produced by the staff of 104.3 The Shark, 102.7 The Beach, 101.5 LITE FM and 790 The Ticket.

"There will be nothing like getting out of your house, digging your toes into the white sands of Fort Lauderdale beach to experience all the food, drink and art we've put together for you to see for the low price of $60," said Executive Producer & Entercom Marketing Director, Von Freeman. "And then to top it off, we've added yet another Grammy Award- winning group like Boyz II Men to our already stellar lineup--it's going to be a mind-blowing weekend of entertainment at the Riptide Music Festival."

The group burst onto the music scene in the 1990s and quickly became an international sensation, with record-breaking hits including "End of the Road," "I'll Make Love to You," and "One Sweet Day" with Mariah Carey. With a residency in Las Vegas, a super successful global tour and a new album release, the four-time Grammy winners will be an exciting addition to Riptide. Beside singing all their favorites, the band will undoubtedly sing a few from their brand new release, Under the Streetlight, which features a personal selection of timeless songs chosen by founding member Nathan Morris, tenor Shawn Stockman and Wanya Morris, plus one original song - all with a Boyz II Men twist.

The Sunday concert at Riptide also recently added hip-hip legends Salt-N-Pepa and award-winning Latin musician Tito Puente Jr.

"The Riptide Music Festival was an incredible success last year. There's just nothing better than seeing people hanging out in December on the sands of Fort Lauderdale, by the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, with everyone dancing and singing every word to every song. The Riptide was magical and this year's line-up is even bigger," said Riptide Executive Producer & Entercom Marketing Director, Von Freeman.

"The Riptide Music Festival embraces the brands of our four top notch radio stations that reach over 2 million listeners per week, which is over half the South Florida market. Plus, Entercom radio will be giving away trips all over the United States and the World courtesy of Hello Sunny Fort Lauderdale."
