BWW Previews: Donnie Kehr to Debut ROCKIN' DUELING PIANOS at 42West on 11/14

Donnie Kehr's "Rockin' Dueling Pianos," a high energy, all request, rock 'n roll dueling pianos and sing along experience, will debut at 42West on November 14th at 8:00pm. There are additional show dates that will take place at 42West on 11/21, 12/12 and 12/19.

Kehr will be joined by guest stars from Broadway, film and television, including Brad Alexander, Paul Leschen, and Matthew Friedman who will participate in singing the top requested songs of the evening. Additional performances will take place at 42West on November 21st, December 12th and December 19th.

Veteran Broadway rocker Donnie Kehr, whose credits include the original Broadway cast and film version of Jersey Boys, The Who's Tommy and Billy Elliot among others, heads up this fun night of live music. Also an accomplished musician and singer, Donnie has played dueling piano's across the country, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New York City. He also performs with ALMOST ELTON JOHN (Craig A. Meyer) as his alter ego, Billy Joel. Donnie is the creator and founder of the annual charity concert, ROCKERS ON BROADWAY which produced his 501c3 The PATH Fund.

Brad Alexander is the composer of the Drama Desk Award-winning musical SEE ROCK CITY & OTHER DESTINATIONS and several Theatreworks USA shows including CLICK CLACK MOO, which was nominated for Lortel and Drama Desk Awards and continues to tour the country. Paul Leschen is the composer and co-creator, along with Fred Sauter. of BEDBUGS!!! - It's A Musical, a 2014 New York Times Critic's pick. BEDBUGS!!! was nominated in 2013 for best score by NY Innovative Theatre Awards. Paul was also nominated for a Drama Desk award for Outstanding Music for his first musical, TWIST. A frequent collaborator with Scissor Sisters, his co-arrangment for "Comfortably Numb" was a massive hit.

"Rockin' Dueling Pianos" will be held at 42West a new 14,000 square foot multi-media, multipurpose events and performance space adjacent to The OUT Hotel and KTCHN Restaurant located at 514 W. 42nd Street.
