Romacorp, Inc., the parent company of Tony Roma's, introduces a new, limited-time menu celebrating their expertise using one of the most flavorful cooking methods available: grilling. The "Grilled to Perfection" menu goes back to Tony's Roma's grilling roots and highlights the unique flavor profile that the grill imparts on everything from the brand's world-famous baby back ribs to steak, seafood and even fruit and vegetables. Available now at participating locations in the USA and around the world through November 21st, the menu also features innovative versions of old favorites, including Grilled Veggie Crostini's, Upside Down Pineapple Pecan Spice Cake and more.

"With 45 years of ribs and grilling expertise, Tony Roma's truly believes that having the grill at the heart of our concept is critical to our global success," said Jim Rogers, Chief Marketing Officer for Romacorp, Inc. "This new, limited-time menu celebrates the incredible flavor that Tony Roma's grills infuse into each dish, including our world-famous baby back ribs, and it's the perfect treat for every Tony Roma's fan."

The "Grilled to Perfection" menu has something for everyone. Rib and steak fans will love the Original Baby Back Ribs & Steakhouse Combo, where guests can pair Tony Roma's world-famous baby back ribs with a flavorful grilled steak topped with their choice of one of three flavor-infused butters. Those with a craving for the sea or pasta will enjoy the Grilled Shrimp Primavera, a flavorful medley of angel hair pasta tossed with grilled shrimp, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and feta cheese in a creamy chive butter sauce. And what better way to begin your dining experience and ignite your taste buds than with the new Grilled Veggie Crostini's, featuring grilled ciabatta bread topped with a feta cheese spread, grilled vegetables and fresh basil.

Tony Roma's fans will want to add a little fall flavor and spice to their meal, complementing the flavors of the grill with a special new drink and dessert that will turn their world "upside down." Tony Roma's new Pumpkin Romatini, made with Tito's vodka, amaretto liquor and pumpkin puree is a smooth seasonal drink full of fall flavor. Guests can top off their meals and dive into something sweet with Tony Roma's all-new Upside Down Pineapple Pecan Spice Cake, a fiery twist on a classic dessert.

"We wanted to bring grilling to the forefront and showcase what our brand knows best -grilling classic proteins and ingredients in a flavorful way," said Chef Bob Gallagher, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage. "Our limited-edition menu items offer the rich flavors of grilling that have made Tony Roma's famous around the world."
