Links TapRoom Sets New Weekday Lunch Special, Team Trivia Tuesdays

Links TapRoom - an All-American craft beer and sausage focused neighborhood bar from owner/beer director Michael Quinlan and managing partner Cary Michael located at 1559 N Milwaukee Ave in Wicker Park - has just launched a weekday lunch special and Team Trivia Tuesdays.

Patrons who order any of the Links sausages ("Classic" or "Rotation Jam" offerings) along with either a beer or a soda at regular prices will receive a free order of small hand-cut fries plus one of Links' 10 housemade dips for free from 11:30am until 3pm Monday thru Friday.

An order of small hand-cut fries that include one dip is regularly $3. The "Classic" sausage offerings at Links are Chicago Steak & Ale, 3 Chile Chorizo, Sweet Italian, Bratwurst, Smoked Polish, Chicken, Vegan (all $7 each), and the Mexican Cousin ($8). The current "Rotation Jam" sausages at Links are:

* Bahn Mi and the Jets (pork & shrimp link, pickled diakon & carrots, fresh cilantro, jalapenos, lemongrass mayo) for $10

* Boarder Song (wild boar link, black bean & corn relish, cilantro-lime & tequila crema, tortilla strips) for $11

* Doe! Sweet Nuthin' (venison link, cherry cider compote, pickled vegetables, arugula) for $11

* Windora Club (turkey & Swiss link, peppercorn mayo, lettuce, tomato & bacon relish) for $10 Team Trivia

Tuesday at Links starts at 8pm every Tuesday in conjunction with Brain Sportz (http://www.brainsportz.com). The first place team wins a $75 Links gift card every week, and second place wins a $25 Links gift card every week. Specials during Team Trivia Tuesday at Links are 20% off all large format (22oz and 750ml) beer bottles, and "Buried Alive Fries (a tray of hand-cut fries topped with sausage, bacon, cheddar, green onion, and giardiniera with your choice of two dips) are $7 each. Buried Alive Fries are regularly $9 each.
