A favorite, the Ahi Tuna has the choice of quinoa or coconut rice topped with tuna, cucumber, red onions, avocado, pickled ginger, pickled turnip, crunchy garlic, crunchy onion, bonito flakes, lemon ponzu and sriracha mayo. And the Tropical Ceviche is prepared to perfection with kale, tuna/yellowtail, red onions, fresh jalapenos, roasted pineapple, sweet potato, lime square, crunch corn, crunch garlic and leche de tigre.
