Northland Symphony Orchestra Announces Events in April

Revel in the spring season by enjoying all the attractions Kansas City has to offer! Join the Northland Symphony Orchestra for their fourth season concert on Sunday, April 18th at 3:00pm at Park Hill South High School. This exciting program is set to offer selections from Mozart's The Abduction from the Seraglio, Finzi's Eclogue for Piano and String Orchestra, Holst's Somerset Rhapsody, Khachaturian's Masquerade Suite, and a performance by the NSO's Young Artist Competition Winner - Andrea Johnson, violinist. As always, admission to the concert is FREE!! 

On Thursday, April 29th from 5:00pm-8:00pm, come join the NSO again for a new wine tasting event called Sipping with the Symphony at Wines by Jennifer in Parkville. Tickets are $25, which includes hors d'oeuvres and six wine tastings, and may be purchased through the NSO website. Additional glasses of wine are available for purchase at the event as well. It will be an evening of good food, good wine, and good friends. Guests are welcome to come and go as this is an open house event, but door prizes will be given away throughout the evening.

The Northland Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit organization who is proud to have been providing FREE orchestral concerts to the Kansas City area since 1966. It is comprised of student, community, and professional musicians from throughout the metro area and strives to improve the cultural and educational experiences of its community.
