Weston Drama Workshop Presents By Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss Directed and Choreographed by Julia Deter Saturday, July 13 @ 8pm Please note that all SIX tickets are general admission, and seating is limited. SIX: TEEN EDITION is a full-length adaptation of Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss’ international phenomenon SIX, modified for performance by teen actors for family audiences. Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived. From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the SIX wives of Henry VIII take the mic to remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st-century girl power! This new original musical is the global sensation that everyone is losing their head over. SIX made its world premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017, presented by Cambridge University Musical Theatre Society. After a successful UK tour, the show opened on August 30, 2018 for a six-week run at the Arts Theatre in the West End. The current West End production, which opened on January 17, 2019, is now playing at the Lyric Theatre. In May 2019, SIX premiered in North America at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater (CST). The Broadway production of SIX, scheduled to open on March 12, 2020, resumed performances at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on September 17, 2021, officially opening on October 3. The New York Times says SIX is “pure entertainment!” and the Evening Standard hails SIX as “the most uplifting new British musical I have ever had the privilege to watch.” Produced through special arrangements with Concord Theatricals.
