Downtown with Imani Winds: Amplify at Federated Church of Hyannis

The GRAMMY-winning and four-time nominated Imani Winds performs a free community concert featuring Brandon Patrick George on flute, Mekhi Gladden on oboe, Mark Dover on clarinet, Kevin Newton on horn, and Monica Ellis on bassoon. The program spans centuries of wind quintet repertoire, including an arrangement of Felix Mendelssohn's Scherzo from A Midsummer Night's Dream, Paquito D'Rivera's A Little Cuban Waltz, Elliott Carter's 1948 wind quintet, Lalo Schifrin's La Nouvelle Orleans, and Shawn Okpebholo's Rise. No tickets are required for this concert, which is open to all.
