Yo-Yo Ma and the BSO are joined by singer-songwriter James Taylor, historian Heather Cox Richardson, Equal Justice Initiative Director Bryan Stevenson, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Aoife O'Donovan, and Emmy-nominated Native American vocalist Jennifer Kreisberg to explore American music and how it reflects the nation's triumphs, tragedies, and vitality. Teddy Abrams, Music Director of the Louisville Orchestra, and Ken-David Masur lead the program, which includes works by Copland, Ives, and Herbert.
