LUCY DARLING: VIVA Will Come to the Morrison Center
The event will take place on May 27, 2026.
Carisa Hendrix will bring her alter ego Lucy Darling back to the stage in Lucy Darling: Viva, a glitzy, Vegas-inspired variety show presented by MagicSpace Entertainment at the Morrison Center on May 27, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.
In this touring production, Hendrix stars as the quick-witted, impeccably styled socialite and cocktail enthusiast Lucy Darling, delivering a flamboyant evening of comedy, illusion and old-school showmanship. The production is framed as a direct import from Las Vegas, channeling the neon excess and playful sophistication of the Strip while showcasing Darling’s signature blend of razor-sharp humor and audience interaction.
She is joined on stage by pianist and vocalist Sarah Hester Ross, whose viral presence and powerhouse performance style add musical punch and comedic flair. Together, the duo’s chemistry drives much of the evening’s energy, balancing theatrical spectacle with improvisational banter and musical interludes.
Produced by MagicSpace Entertainment, the show emphasizes rhinestones, nostalgia, and contemporary cabaret sensibilities, with Lucy Darling guiding audiences through a world of glamour, mischief and tongue-in-cheek life advice. The production leans into the character’s established stage persona, blending classic variety show structure with modern comedic timing.
The engagement at the Morrison Center includes doors opening 60 minutes prior to showtime, with theater doors opening 30 minutes before curtain. The performance is recommended for ages 13 and up, and tickets start at $62, including fees. Additional offerings include a pre-show talkback and post-show meet-and-greet for select attendees. Tickets are available through the Morrison Center box office and its official website.
