Hi everyone,

I am going to New York in July! Will there be a discount available before then to use? I really want to see the show but I don't want to pay full price for the show, if a discount is going to pop up soon.

thanks in advance.

Hi Roger, I think that remains to be seen. If the show explodes the way it seems to be, discount codes may dry up or they may be limited. Broadway offers has used up its allotments of discounts for HAIR for many of the currently included dates. July is peak theatre season and HAIR is the perfect summer show, so I would say depending on how badly you want to see it, you may just want to book now and pay full price to get the seats you want. I think waiting is a risky gamble. Just my thoughts.

I agree with Bettyboy72. The advance is large and it got great reviews. I think that discounts will be unlikely for quite a while. Your biggest concern should be getting a good seat, not getting a good discount.

The worst seats are sold first. The best seats become available closer to the date of the performance. I doubt there will be discounts in July, but if you want the best seats, don't buy them this far in advance.

Getting the seats you want this early is a crap shoot. Keep trying Telecharge every few days or when you think about it until the seats you want pop up. Closer is better IMO for this show.

Given that the best I could get now for when I'm hoping to go in July, is row M ORCH or the front of the MEZZ, should I hold off hoping for a little closer in the centre ORCH, or would I be better off going for one of those two choices now?
