"Winning a Tony this year is like winning Best Attendance in third grade: no one will care but the winner and their mom."

"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."
-bjh2114 (on Michael Riedel)
has anyone seen this show in whatever "sold out engagement" took place before? As of right now I know nothing/have no desire to see it. Get me excited so i can take advantage of the student rush tickets
"Irena's Vow is the uplifting true story about one of the most courageous and unsung heroines of World War II. During the German occupation of Poland, Irena Gut Opdyke (Feldshuh), a Polish Catholic, was forced to work as head housekeeper for a very prominent Nazi major. Over a two year period of service, Irena would risk her own life in order to save the lives of twelve Jewish refugees whom she secretly took under her care."
If that synopsis doesn't excite you, I don't know what to tell you...
Tovah is worth the ticket price alone. She is one of the best actresses of her generation. She was fabulous on "Sex and the City" too! She is such a versatile performer. Go see it!
"People have their opinions and that doesn't mean that their opinions are wrong or right. I just take it with a grain of salt because opinions are like as*holes, everyone has one".
-Felicia Finley-
Tovah is a WONDERFUL actress and well worth going to see, but she was not in Sex and the City, you may be thinking of Amy Sedaris who played Carrie's book editor with Molly Shannon.
Jack: For your information, most people who meet me do not know that I am gay.
Will: Jack, blind and deaf people know you're gay. Dead people know you're gay.
Jack: Grace, when you first met me, did you know I was gay?
Grace: My dog knew.
You are wrong, I am not thinking about Amy Sedaris! I am thinking about Tovah Feldshuh, she played the mother of a guy that Carrie dated. Season 2, disc 3.

You know guys, I apologize, you're right, it's Valerie Harper! She looks just like Tovah! Doesn't she? But I did not mistake her for Amy Sedaris though! LOL

My bad. I have a friend that confused her for Amy Sedaris so I thought you were thinking of the same person. But thank you for trying to throw it in my face. You are sweet.
