Cassie is decent. Better than Rhiannan.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I? I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.

This girl right now (#7) was weird during her dancing and is not very good at singing either.

This brunette in the purple bow looks like Chrissy Whitehead from the CHORUS LINE revival.

The Broadway look-a-like parade will never end on this damn show!

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

God I hate this song. It is so horribly screechy.

HOLY CRAP! How did these broads get past preliminary auditions.

Bailey needs to be shot to put us out of our misery.

I switched over during a commercial break. Rhiannon's speaking voice sounds like a friend of mine, and looks a lot like her too. It was a bit eerie.

Bernie Telsey said the last note was a problem for her. Has he not heard Laura Bell Bundy lately?

Some of them have the most God-awful voices I have ever heard. Are they for real? How did they even get this far?

And now they're cutting to the last "I am so much better than beFORE." Because, yes, if you can sing that - you can play the part. Personally, I think the title song requires some attention, too.

Bailey is a hit? What? I thought was pretty bad myself

Mary... Wow. Take a drink.

No problem theatertrash. =]

Because I'm the only one around where I live who actually knows theater. If half of my friends watched the show, they would agree with everything that is being said. EVERYTHING.

They should have had Patti LuPone teach them a lesson on how to belt a note.

I was SHOCKED they liked Bailey.

Really? Haha,.. Brilliant!

I'm reading Gypsy Rose Lee's "Mother Finds A Body" while typing here and watching this. O.T: Girl wrote a fabulous memoir, but her mysteries don't require too much attention. :)

I thought Bailey's "better" notes were totally off...like totally.

Anyone else catch that?

Man, not impressed by the singing so far.

I love that they say it's the hardest song on Broadway. I wanna hear them try to sing Green Finch and Linnet Bird or Defying Gravity or Take Me or Leave Me.

Again, the same things were said during "Grease", none of which ever occurred.

Most of these girls are already working professionals, whether in New York or regionally. They know what they're in for.

Patti would never demean herself to being on MTV. But the whole cast should get tickets to GYPSY to see a pro and the real hardest song on Broadway.
