MY FAIR LADY (2018) Previews  Mar 16 2018, 01:43:39 PM

Personally (and maybe this is because her performance is still so fresh in my mind from last night), I would cast my vote for Lauren Ambrose. Her performance, even at the first preview, was transcendant...and I'm sure she will only improve during previews. Can't wait to see the show again at the final preview on April 18. Congratulations to the cast and crew - this show was outstanding and it deserves all of the praise it gets. Buy your tickets now!

American figure skater used music from Miss Saigon  Feb 12 2018, 10:57:44 AM

The Rose is coming to Broadway!  Jan 22 2018, 10:02:19 PM

Probably not a big enough name, but I think Mary Bridget Davies would do well with this role.

re: Your Top 5 LEAST Favorite Musicals  Nov 15 2017, 03:57:45 PM

Passing Strange
Spelling Bee
Fela
Soul Doctor

I was in pain sitting through all of these...even though I know some of them got rave reviews. To each his own I suppose!

Bette Midler Hello Dolly  Nov 13 2017, 04:21:48 PM

I've seen her performance multiple times as well and she just gets better and better. Definitely one for the ages and I feel grateful to have witnessed it in all its glory. Just spectacular.

Anthony Rapp: Kevin Spacey Made A Sexual Advance Toward Me When I Was 14  Nov 8 2017, 10:07:52 PM

I just heard about this Christopher Plummer news. This is crazy! I certainly hope they can finish the scenes/editing in time for the December 22 release date...or maybe just push it back a couple weeks so it can still contend in the coming Oscar season.

More news to come I'm sure...wow

Hello Dolly Merchandise  Jun 22 2017, 10:10:12 AM

The souvenir program is $45. I bought one yesterday and it is the most beautiful souvenir program I have ever seen. Worth every penny (in my pocket).

Question, is the $47 SRO cash only or can we use credit cards? Thanks!

Broadway at Barnes & Noble  Jun 20 2017, 03:23:51 PM

ClumsyDude is correct. You need to purchase the CD (and obtain a wristband) in order to get into the room to hear the performances and get your CD signed. I recently went to the events for Come From Away, A Bronx Tale and Groundhog Day. All were excellent. B&N really does a great job with these CD launches.

Hello Dolly Rush/Lottery/Bette Midler THIS June 9 , 10, 11  Jun 6 2017, 04:51:19 PM

Approximately 15 SRO spots (they will be gone quickly)

Not sure how many back row partial view spots they sell, but counting up the number of seats in the back row rear balcony, there should be around 20 spots.

Cancellation is more of a crap shoot. I'd say three hours before curtain, and just wait to see what house seats open up.

Good luck!

Hello Dolly Rush/Lottery/Bette Midler THIS June 9 , 10, 11  Jun 6 2017, 12:26:52 PM

OCDC, you won't be able to get SRO arriving at the box office by 9am, but you might be able to snag one of the last row balcony partial view seats. It's worth a try...and if you're unsuccessful, there's always the cancellation line. Good luck...hope you get to see the show...it's outstanding!

SUNSET BOULEVARD  Jun 5 2017, 04:28:19 PM
