Royalties to Shows

I know if you are a Community Theater/High School you cannot perform anything that is currently on Broadway because you can't have the rights, but can you perform any of the shows out there on the Touring level that are Non-Equity? For example : Kiss Me Kate, Grease? I'm actually referring to the NETWORKS Productions. Just Curious.

TTL, it all depends. You should contact the respective rights companies (MTI, Samuela Frech et al) and see if there are restrictions in place for certain shows. Usually there are for first national tours and Broadway shows, but you may be in luck with non-Equity shows...
