It's pretty nice up there. I sat in the very last row of the rear mezz and could see everything fine.

I think that would be up to you. They're good seats either way. If you're going this Wednesday the $21.50 seats might already be sold out.

If you definitely want to see both shows, I'd go with Cry-Baby because:

(1) tickets are cheaper and easier to get
(2) In the Heights should be around for a while. Cry-Baby might not.

Then again, ITH may become an even tougher ticket after the Tonys. Who knows.

I'd see IN THE HEIGHTS. Especially if you're tight with money. CRY BABY is still in Previews and needs A LOT of work. Which means it could be a different show by Opening Night. You would be better served to wait. IN THE HEIGHTS is set and opened to great reviews.

I really liked In the Heights. I will be seeing Cry Baby this Wed. evening so I can't comment until then. I did see it from Row B rear mezz. It's fine-I would have been able to see better if the people in front of me didn't put their coats over the railing and lean on them. (But otherwise it was fine.) The show itself is worth seeing. Very good.

Thanks guys for all your help/ Unfortunately (or fortunately) it came to a money thang so I will be seeing Cry Baby but getting tix for ITH ASAP. I figure Cry Baby tix are cheap all over the theatre for previews so I'll jump now Just in case. I still really cant wait for in the heights!

I was in row C of the rear mezzanine for ITH and last row at Cry-Baby, and the site lines and sound were fine for both.
