THE FIRST WIVES CLUB and NINE TO FIVE

Both running on Broadway at the same time?

A)Think it will happen?

B)Can we handle that much diva power?

I say YES to both!

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

I stand by my decision of who I think the three First Wives should be.

Well, it seems to me that Karen Ziemba should be in one or the other.

I'm just sayin'...

Rachel York isn't even 40 years old. Closer in age to the Parker, Berkely roles. Too old for those, to be certain, but for the Hawn part, no way.

Have you not heard of age makeup?

If a 30 year old can play a high schooler than a 30 year old can play someone in their late forties/early fifties with the right makeup.

I'm with you, FOAnatic. I think Joanna Gleason, Bernadette Peters, and Rachel York would be spectacular in FIRST WIVES CLUB. Don't forget, when Rachel was only 29 she played a 40ish Lilli Vanessi in KISS ME, KATE. She can definitely carry a more mature role. And I think she has the perfect spunk and comedic knack for the Goldie Hawn part.

So glad to see that there will be a couple of shows on the boards with many great women's roles.
