What is your favorite replacement in a broadway show, it can be past or present.
Mine is Megan Hilty as G(A)LINDA in WICKED.
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view - until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."
To Kill A Mockingbird
"Smart! And into all those exotic mystiques -- The Kama Sutra and Chinese techniques. I hear she knows more than seventy-five. Call me tomorrow if you're still alive!"
And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps...
What did she realize, Kitten?
That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs.
What's wrong with that?
Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had...
Where?
On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view - until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."
To Kill A Mockingbird
I can't believe I forgot Wonderful Town!! I had the Donna Murphy cd for a long time before I saw the show, with Brooke Shields. After I saw the show, I bought the new new cast recording with Brooke and Jennifer. I fell in love with it and it is my favorite Bernstein score!
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view - until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel
Little_Sally, I no longer can associate with you. You have tested the bonds of our friendship, but you've gone too far. Once traveled down that path, you may never return. Godspeed.
