It always looked to me like they use the same wig for Millie, Cabaret, Louise in Gypsy, and Chicago...has anyone else noticed this?

they may be similar but there are certainly not the same!!!!!!!!

It's probably because all those shows take place at approximately the same time period when that particular hairstyle was very much in vogue. Most women had taht same short, bob hairdo during teh twenties and thirties
